The Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) and Humane Society are bringing a Mobile Animal Sterilization Hospital-style spay, neuter and wellness clinic for cats to Bracebridge from Oct. 2-4 to help manage pet populations and reach underserved communities.
