The Canadian Disaster Relief Grant provides up to $5,000 CAD to eligible charity-status animal welfare organizations impacted by or assisting communities affected by a disaster declared by relevant Canadian authorities.
Eligible costs include veterinary care, medical supplies, food, shelter/boarding, transportation, cleanup/rebuild, and other urgent needs for rescued or displaced companion animals.

How to Apply
To request funding through the Canadian Disaster Relief Grant, please complete our Jotform application form.
Submissions are accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis. Due to resource limitations, not all applicants will receive funding, and the amount awarded may differ from the requested amount.
